Just to let you know what is going on, I have been working on the web site and here is the link http://www.miamiedisonalumni.com
On the right hand side at the top you will see "2 Comments" and if you click on that it will take you to a comment page. You can leave a comment and I will receive it and after that I can post it to the web site for all to see.
Down at the very bottom of the page just under where you see "Facebook" you will find a link "Message Board". That is a message board where you can post to all of our classmates like who you are looking for or what is on your mind about the reunion. This will help us all know what is happening at all times. Once you click the link for the Message Board there is either Search or Chat. The search is for looking for posts and Chat is for us to pick a day and time and we can all go there and communicate with each other.
Once you click on Chat you will be asked to create an account. All you need to do is to make up a username that you wish to appear (like your name, this way we will know who we are chatting with) and then enter your email address and a password of your choosing. Once you do this the first time all you will need to do in the future is to login with that username and password that you just created.
Hopefully in late August we will have a committee meeting to discuss what we will need for setting up our reunion. Another thing I get asked many times by other classmates if I have someone's email address. I never give out anyone's email without first obtaining their authorization.
If anyone WANTS me to continue this practice, please let me know.
If I DO NOT hear from you I will assume that I have your permission to give out your email to any of our classmates and only our classmates that are requesting it. This will make it much easier for me so that I do not have to contact you first to get your permission each and every time.
For security purposes, when I mail this out you will be asked if you are a real person. This keeps robots from spamming the emails.
